Hello there! My name is Nikki and I started Written By Nikki Calligraphy in 2019 after planning and designing signs for my own wedding in July 2018. Starting from only working with wooden signs, I did my research, took classes, exposed myself to up and coming trends and today I work with wood, chalkboard, acrylic, stationary, digital downloads, and so much more!

I have a BS in Early Childhood Education and teach kindergarten full-time. Always loving art, I knew growing up that it would somehow come back into my life - just unsure how. Planning my own wedding opened up my eyes into the wedding industry and the demand for custom, handwritten art. That is where I knew I would begin and the rest is history.
